Humble Design Studio Branding: Capturing Approachability

For this recent branding photoshoot, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Danica, the talented founder and designer behind Humble Design Studio. Our goal? To create a visual narrative that showcased not just her design expertise, but also her warm and approachable personality.

Building the Brand in the Studio

Our branding photoshoot for Humble Design Studio began at my studio in Huntington Beach. Here, we aimed to capture the professional side of Danica, the founder and designer behind the studio. Clad in casual jeans and sneakers, Danica exuded a relaxed and approachable demeanor, even while working at her desk. Headshots and action shots showcased her expertise and dedication, all while maintaining a sense of approachability.

Coffee & Collaboration at Malibu Farms

Next, we ventured out to Newport Beach, where we couldn't resist capturing Danica's love for coffee. The trendy Malibu Farms provided a vibrant backdrop, mirroring Danica's own creative energy. Here, casual conversation flowed alongside delicious coffee, further emphasizing the approachability that defines her design style.

Coastal Cool in Newport Beach

For the final leg of the shoot, we embraced the stunning California coastline in Newport Beach. Neutral, light, and breezy tones in Danica's outfit complemented the scenic background, creating a sense of effortless style. This beachside setting not only showcased Danica's love for her Orange County location, but also reinforced the message of approachability she strives for.

The Final Result: A Brand that Connects

Through these photos, we aimed to create a visual representation of Humble Design Studio's core values. By showcasing Danica's warm personality alongside her professional expertise, we hope to build trust and connection with potential clients, making them feel confident that they've found a designer who's not just talented, but also someone they can easily collaborate with.
